Oh I gotcha. Just curious how else to effect change in a population of 325 million. Obviously small communities could adopt culture change with such sensitivity , but what about like...the places that matter;)

I wouldn't worry too much about that. If "places that matter, as opposed to small communities" folks keep insisting their one size must fit all, I'm afraid there'll be plenty of change. Nothing speeds change quite like a war. Sensitivity's usually an early casualty, though.
