Agree. My prediction is that this'll get much worse as a direct result of a rapidly increasing interest in homeschooling, which in the past has been marginal

I think we're going to see a rapid rise in regulations and fees for homeschooling. More paperwork and documentation. I'm worried. We decided to homeschool in response to district changes--things had become too political and weird.

It's bound to see increases just because it is now increasingly visible to lawmakers. Before it was only about 3.5% of the US K-12 population and largely under the radar. In fact I've met many people who'd never heard of it being an option at all... but that was in February.
