I seriously wonder sometimes if she was purposely doing that to try and get the guy to intervene and then claim he tried to attack her. No way of knowing if she's actually that clever and evil though.

I've had a man lure my dog away from me in order to prevent me from leaving. Trust me, it's terrifying. Shocked to see how many men fail to think this scenario through.

I apologize if I came across too judgmental — there are a few aspects to this that aren't initially obvious. For example, I'd be especially concerned by someone who was luring my dog with treats he carried on him without having a dog himself. Normal people don't do this.

You didn't; the comment seemed more perspective driven than not. Did that happen in this particular case? I am probably too uninformed to comment initially. The video is my only reference, never looked into the particulars. I definitely wouldn't let a stranger give my dogs treats
