My take is that every aspect of this is incontrovertibly bonkers, a predetermined win for violent accelerationists fueled by something between tribal religious fervor and genuine nation-scale mass hysteria

The amount of effort that is required to evacuate any office, especially a PD, is huge. I'm all but convinced that this is a setup in some form.

Police can’t be trusted. Not now. Not yet. I saw them kneel, then shoot as people approached. saw them shoot people carrying an injured person seeking medical attention. I see them say 1 thing & then do another, too many times, too many videos. All I’m sayin is b aware out here

Why is the Northwest still bonkers? I guess they didn't get the memo that the rioting is over.

Is it?

I walk(ed) past that precinct every day to go to my office, which is literally sharing a wall with it. I really hope they (whoever they are) don't burn it, I have some cool shit in my office...

Hmm, maybe they'll create their own police force, and you can pay taxes to them, and they'll stop it from burning down.
