Most of them are non profits. Even non profits need enough revenues to cover their costs, like salaries for healthcare workers.

Yeah. My whole county has only had 28 hospitalizations. Two of the four area hospitals have 0 right now. They're laying off and furloughing nurses and doctors due to the shutdown, so we're less prepared for a pandemic today than we were a month ago.
