May move out of the Bay for a bit in July/August. Thinking about Reno/Tahoe, Las Vegas, SLC. Possibly Colorado? Want to stay close-ish to CA. Thoughts, suggestions, leads?

Pacific Northwest area has the best July/August IMO.
Grew up there, not a huge fan of the ambient medium-low temps and random sprays of rain

Interesting. I grew up here and moved back recently. Never really appreciated the summers here until I experienced Boston, NYC, and St. Louis summers.
