Hint: why would this not say "spread the word: wearing a mask saves lives," or "spread the word: wash your hands whenever you can"? Why does it assume the reader knows what "accurate information" is, even as it implies that that can't be taken as a given?
There are multiple reasonable interpretations for this, but mine is that Accurate Information™ is a brand, and this is branding The product may change without much notice, but we'll be okay with that as long as we're identifying with the brand loyalty rather than the details
It’s also an easy way to signal affiliation w/ a tribe w/ out directly pissing off the other tribe. Since everything is politics now, such a bland statement as the one on the billboard can let people know you’re on “their side”
I think your *branding* interpretation is on point!
So much political rhetoric is based on creating a false certainty. Politicians weave fictions together closely so they can be presented as continuous narrative.

Honestly bc of the "we are the countervirus" text in the corner, i'd say they are telling us "not to listen to the lies" and "stop spreading misinformation".
