So I often do this thing now where I wake up 4-6am, feel exhausted but can't get back to sleep, stay up another hour, then crash for another ~2 hours Is there a way to not do this thing? I would like to not do this thing

Best magnesium for passing blood brain barrier. Most people are mag deficient, and this hurts sleep. Try it and see how it works. Another thing that works great is glycine. Super imp for sleep, most people deficient
