If I were to get sick right now, I would do full isolation. I think there's reasonable enough concern that viral dose matters, and continuous exposure to someone sick in the household may be substantially more dangerous than a one-off exposure

yes. and this is why I am very concerned for the second wave in NY. many aren't going to the hospital and it's so hard to isolate in any living situation w/ family members or roommates. Friends/fam end up caring for the sick and going out for groceries, spreading it more.

Worse second wave in NYC is doubtful at this point imo. Tough to see the bronx having under 30% of the pop infected. Will get quite close to herd immunity if not all the way during the first wave.
