This is just classic tradecraft. How many protestors professors in the 70s and 80s must have been Soviet assets? It would honestly be more surprising of this wasn’t the case. China is running an unbelievably successful and bald faced IW campaign.

Promoting established sources =/= promoting correct sources. Esp. when they have actually proven themselves to be unreliable and corrupt like the China-covering, Taiwan-denying WHO. Good epistemology is hard. You still have to do it anyway. There can be death if gotten wrong.
