My immediate concern is the often misleading & at times dangerous messaging we've seen from WHO in recent months My long term concern is that tech platforms offloading information gatekeeper permissions this way dramatically increases the bounty for institutional capture of WHOhttps://twitter.com/tariqnasheed/status/1252665361532456960 …

This is just classic tradecraft. How many protestors professors in the 70s and 80s must have been Soviet assets? It would honestly be more surprising of this wasn’t the case. China is running an unbelievably successful and bald faced IW campaign.

Whoops, ‘protestors’ is a typo but it kind of fits the theme if not the grammar.

Why do you suppose YouTube is suddenly carrying water for Chinese-controlled WHO? Wouldn't they benefit from controversial, but popular content - unless China was offering more?

Promoting established sources =/= promoting correct sources. Esp. when they have actually proven themselves to be unreliable and corrupt like the China-covering, Taiwan-denying WHO. Good epistemology is hard. You still have to do it anyway. There can be death if gotten wrong.
