That sounds conspiracy-nutty even to me, but that's literally what they're saying. It's insane to suggest that the president shouldn't have a channel to speak directly to the public. I get it; you hate him. For one fucking second think about principles and precedent.

Surely the principle is that if someone lies relentlessly then you eventually have to add a fact check layer when broadcasting what they have to say? It was bad before covid-19; now it will kill thousands who take his word as truth.
