It’s an option for the landlord to get out of renting completely. And given response to this thread sounds like a great business for them to get out of.
Have you lost your mind? The order states non-essential travel "constitutes an imminent threat and creates an immediate menace to public health." Forcing people out under these conditions is reprehensible, and you're vindicating those who think the worst of you by defending it.
