Only "essential" travel is permitted, and non-residents are only permitted to *leave* the county to return home.
(Unless they work in essential services, presumably — it's a 10-page order and a bit convoluted.)

Makes sense. Though, still wonder if it will be enough. Wuhan still under super strict lock down after 7 weeks... Why were Japan/Taiwan/SK able to get away with so much less.
