If people can still drive into the area from outside, doesn't really change things too much unfortunately...
Only "essential" travel is permitted, and non-residents are only permitted to *leave* the county to return home.

Makes sense. Though, still wonder if it will be enough. Wuhan still under super strict lock down after 7 weeks... Why were Japan/Taiwan/SK able to get away with so much less.
