you may be underestimating how much kids prefer to listen to non-parents over parents. Maybe that is itself an oddity of our society but it certainly seems true in my experience

We did a lot of “movement learning” while homeschooling our kids. (They are now pursuing doctorates) - Trampoline while learning multiplication. - Throwing hoops while learning literature. - Stationary bike while reading. Most importantly, green time to reduce ADHD.

I sincerely hope this ultimately promotes home and neighborhood schooling. Also I hope this helps ppl realize we don't want or need massive institutional government K-12 schools.
