The extant infrastructure around education, housing and healthcare is rife with rent-seeking that transfers wealth backwards through the generations. And the regulatory environment ensures that young people cannot solve their own problems.

This is a reason we left bay area you're basically just enriching rent seekers to sit in traffic because the same people stop any upgrades to mass infrastructure (or new builds). I'm surprised so many stay and suffer what you can afford in rest of America is amazing.

I take comfort in knowing that (if elected) none of his plans will come to fruition. Any D president will be limited to executive orders. Even with an unlikely Senate majority, they still won’t be able to do anything red state Ds won’t go for.
