A lot of information transmission organizations have decayed to the point of fundamental incompetence. What remains to them is to pattern-match their store of preexisting approved narratives to increasingly uncooperative facts, and hold on for dear life.

I honestly have no idea where to turn for info on all of this, but I’ve been freaked out since I saw the shape of it in China. No way an authoritarian regime gives us all the info. And now the CDC seems incapable of providing information.

Trying to tell us that no information is good news, even though they can’t gather information effectively. I just want to know where to get as accurate a picture as I can.
