“Availability Bias” - shifts the front and center issue from Trump’s strong point (economy) to Bernie’s (healthcare).

This is probably pretty bad for Trump, but moreso because it is a very bad thing (including for the otherwise strong economy) and it's happening while he's in office. Voting behavior doesn't really track causality or counterfactuals

But if we know anything about hospital administrators it’s that money comes first, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see a rapid, tangible class divide occur as a consequence of the handling of patients in a stratified manner (which already happens but not at this scale

Maybe we'll finally have a de-coupling of the concept of healthcare linking all levels from basic to the absolute heighest end of million dollar treatments under the same umbrella

This. Basic, ordinary, run-of-the-mill healthcare for all is maybe doable. “I want the latest and greatest drugs/procedures/innovations possible” is not. But everyone get the care and drugs that have been around for 50 years and work pretty darn well? Doable.
