If you're concerned about COVID-19 - get vaccinated for the flu (dangerous itself + the two can co-occur) - quit smoking, use patch/gum if need be - thoroughly wash/sanitize hands throughout the day; avoid public door knobs, touchscreens, etc - practice not touching your face

At the risk of sounding alarmist but in the interest of honesty, I do think it wise to sharply limit plans for air travel and large public gatherings, and to (more or less) limit smaller gatherings and visits to public spaces. Get supplies for managing illness/holing up at home

If there's anything you'd need to manage 2-3 weeks very sick at home, assume that it may not be available when you need it and put a kit together now. If there are friends or family members who regularly rely on you, also account for them
