One of my personal turning points this past year involved getting a detailed history of immigration policy leading up to child separation. Didn't make that policy any less evil, but def provided clarity on how the incentives of all parties led to a total moral bottoming-out

If there's anything I should have learned by now, it's that you can't fix motivated stupid. "Basket of deplorables" worked out really well, right? Go two for two, then. I'm sure when what is definitely going to happen actually happens, you guys will not go three for three.
