It's a five-day program emulating a fast, and I attempted an approximation. I've done that a good few times since, but there hasn't been another sudden leap. There have been periods months-long where I didn't do it at all, without any regression.
Are you still on this diet? Is your CP still well-managed? Have improvements plateaued? (At a satisfactory settling place, or suboptimal but acceptable, or otherwise?)

Improvements haven't plateaued, but they are slow. The more I exercise, the better, but I've never done hours per day like in some rehabilitation regimens.
