One factor: Most of your followers are fairly recent so, on average, more likely to engage. The opposite is true for some other accounts.

Content virality matters more as well. As more people like and retweet it, it'll show up in the timelines of their followers. For instance if only musk followed you and liked your tweets it'll be highly engaging (imagine somehow nobody else followed u)
