That's fair. I'm camp "woefully little." I also think she's buried the lede. Making it unlawful to knowingly lie to prevent lawful voting could be good policy, but the extent to which *platforms* are liable is a HUGE DEAL. And there's a *major* can of worms re: privacy in there
fwiw, I'm not *so* much of a nit-picker that I think the voter misinformation thing is too vague as written, though I do think it's reasonable to expect clarity re: liability in the context of a massive post about how bad social media companies are

Yep. Like I said: cross-purposes. To improve social media competition you don't want to lock down data to individual companies. To protect privacy you don't want data sharing. The lack of acknowledgement of this is very frustrating.
