us never actually telling them 1 thing and doing another.. also not the same. we never threw an army of lawyers at them to stall so you have nothing to compare there.

and i could go on.. but I am very happy to compare what we have done and do with any org out there. our transparency and commitment to students is long established.

Where have you publicly admitted to operating in violation of the law? I'd be genuinely happy to see that level of transparency. I think it would set a wonderful example.

Let's let your friends with the deep pockets and hundreds of miserable students catch up to where I and our little org is. Happy to debate that with them and you then. otherwise, you have no point to make b/c BBPE and me are cool.

If you can't say that you did not operate without authorization, there's no need for a debate. Anyone with eyes can see what's going on here. Enjoy smearing your competition with the accusation that they've done EXACTLY what YOU did, for years.

false. you writing it does not make it true. When i lie to the state about what we are doing in any way shape or form and students as well.. then you will have a point. until then we have to leave this statement as false.pic.twitter.com/jEl1B2Y4T8

Look, man. All you have to say is that your company has always operated in compliance with state law. But you can't. Enough said.

Look Mason. It is not appropriate for you paint the road we took to get approved with the state as the SAME road as fraud. If you want to do that, we cannot have this discussion. you think i should not amplify the fact that i do not believe in my peers committing fraud is cool

You operated illegally for years, and presumably happy to pop in whenever you see mention of your competitors in a similar situation because you're a hypocrite and because spreading the misconception that you're any better is profitable to you. It's pathetic.

again, never did we do what they have done. you want to paint this false equivalence but they are just !== You have your contact at the state so please just ask them when we behaved that way. they will tell you we have not. I am happy to continue dialog, but lets not spiral

They've said with absolute clarity that you were not authorized to operate prior to July 2016. You *did* operate prior to July 2016. What am I supposed to ask, exactly?
