I do not think you meant to actually ask the question... but i will answer it for you anyway. Us approaching the BBPE for approval prior to them coming at us with N number of cease and desists is not the same thing.
Turning yourself in before being punished doesn't mean you didn't violate the law, last I checked.

unfortunately i cannot communicate to you the details of all of this but the BPPE never had to come hunting for us. nor did we ever run from anything. we never had anything to hide and we have always been happy to comply with state law. Happy
