Culture is soaked in this wrongness. It pervades thoughts, imagery, concepts, frameworks, down to stuff like architecture and all manifestations of such thought. It's herculean to figure out from the inside, which is why psychedelics help so much - they afford you an outside view
I'm honestly surprised. I'd think that paying rent, or having some large unforeseen economic payment/market crash wiping out savings would be a pretty concrete one. Coupled with the empirical data that 90% of startups fail, it's only surprising that people's fears aren't clear.
