"valuable enough to make people so satisfied that they no longer need you" this profoundly misunderstands the nature of human relationships by this logic, nobody should get married, because anybody you love enough to marry is someone you'd no longer need

There's a difference between feeling like one needs someone else vs. continuing to want to collaborate with them out of joy, but not being attached to them, addictively. Promotion is about addiction, not joy.

Your Twitter brand is about getting attention, and trying to hold that by giving people just enough of something to feel addicted, but not really healthy. Maybe this isn't your conscious intent, though. As a human, you just want to feel valuable to the world, like all of us.

As for my understanding of mental illness, it's something I've been researching for much of my life, especially starting in the early aughts, when I discovered my husband was suicidal and angry. (And I was a bit as well.) So I'm pretty attentive to harmful behaviors now.
