found out this weekend some of you go to parties where you don’t know anyone on purpose. because “it’s nice to meet new people.” ?!!

+1 for that. I had a great time meeting people at the chapel. I guess I cheated by bringing someone I knew but once I got there I tried to talk to him as little as possible. Thanks again for a great time!
I'm trying to add a lot of critters, interesting art, active projects, etc. so there's always stuff to look at and interact with, either alone or with a new person. :) I think that'll make it a more chill meet-new-folks space

Right, then people don't have to pretend to look at their phones. My personal fav is a great big bookshelf to browse. Pets are great too. (Tiny Dog self-disqualifies for this.) When are you throwing your next event?
