I can virtually guarantee you that the vast majority of the people discussing this also find bestiality extremely gross. That's not the point. The point is that the stories we tell ourselves about *why* that is aren't super coherent, and it's interesting to try to figure out why

If you can't understand why someone would be interested in their own cultural or innate behavioral norms even if they are generally happy to follow them, there's nothing I'm going to say that's going to make you understand why what you're doing is so utterly depressing to me
