This is pretty impressively poor journalism. Basically everything about the SpaceX one is wrong (Boeing's commercial crew program is similarly delayed, and the car was a mass simulator: concrete is usually used, but the mission certainly wasn't a whim).

Literally twenty minutes of research would have demonstrated both points. It also glosses over a much more substantial criticism of Disney, which it that it has repeatedly lobbied for longer extensions of copyright term, depriving the public domain of numerous IPs.
