Currently coughing up a storm after choking on a cough drop. I am in great pain but I can still appreciate the irony

Crystallized ginger (handful) and four or five pears boiled together will help you feel better with a hot tea you can drink from it to sooth your throat and suppress coughing

Last time I had the flu, I found nasal spray and two hot showers daily very helpful. Kept down the mucus and opened up my lungs and nasal passages.
