This guy has claimed on multiple occasions to be watching me through the chapel windows. He's posted the addresses of other victims on e.g. 4chan, encouraging other users to rape them. No idea whether or not he's done that to me; he's less prone to boasting since his first arrest
People sufficiently insulated from this bullshit sometimes come to believe that *all* crime is fundamentally about poverty, or systemic injustice, or whatever. NOPE, guys. Some men get their rocks off scaring women. Some men eventually take it further. This isn't a joke.
Chesa Boudin thinks that his terrorist parents are victims of society. If he can justify his parents building bombs and murdering police then he sure isn't going to be blaming criminals on the streets of San Francisco for their actions.
Poverty seems to be the excuse for crime that many in society try and cite as a root cause. Poverty is an excuse, not a cause. Being poor doesn't make you a criminal. Trying to use it as an excuse to justify violating/harming others makes one a criminal. Stay safe :)
Such excuses always make me feel sorry for the millions of poor people who've never committed a crime in their lives.

The problem is that we (not me personally but the collective ‘we’ that is San Francisco) voted for this man & he was very honest about what his plans for the city were so we can’t exactly blame him for keeping his promises can we? This is OUR failure as a city.
