No. But our tools for prediction have gotten much better as have our consrruction methods and materials and specifications. V unlikely climate change is the causal factor. More likely industry/mkt innovation.

Obviously there is huge year to year variability in this quantity, but globally we are getting far better at dealing with natural disasters.
