e.g. Whether it's desirable for every company large enough to have a board to have one that is perfectly demographically representative. This is *very* important, if you accept that expertise/leadership isn't fungible across humans & that any added requirements cut against that.
Hm, I see. Naively, I'd expect that they'd just wave colorful toys in front of the baby (making statements about "commitment to diversity", rainbow flag on the brand's Twitter, scapegoating compromised employees, woke ads) and continue with whatever they were doing before
