This is generally pretty obvious to people when they're in the midst of pursuing or completing their work, so if it's not obvious to you there's a good chance you haven't discovered yours yet (and may need to introduce more variety/novelty into your life in order to do so)
So in conclusion, work as little or as much as you want so long as it is attached to your sense of meaning (can everyone stop leaderboarding hours worked now pls lol)
