Lost my service dog to cancer almost 2 years ago. All his internals were eaten up, nothing I could do. Even for another year with him, I would have gone large.

I'm very, very sorry. I've never had a service dog but I have had animals that protected me, and I can imagine that when that is the day-to-day relationship you have with a dog it is almost intolerably difficult to lose them
