Reduce CO2: Seed iron in ocean, plankton bloom, more salmon and tuna become adults. Cheap. Excess plankton --> mud (ie carbon sink). To feed us: grow more beef (or bison) on natural rangeland. Land for coyotes, owls, low impact protein. Rangeland art:http://discoveroregon.org
