The Endangered Species Act, The Clean Water Act, Women on Corporate Boards, Tenant Protections, Affirmative Action. Just a few of the things that the Pacific Legal Foundation has filed suit against. No, I’m not surprised they’ve now filed suit against AB5.

The Amer. Society of Journalists & Authors and National Press Photographers Assoc. are suing, because
#AB5 prompts unconstitutional discrimination against journalists. It also harms marginalized groups in particular. So I’m not surprised either. Rather, grateful.#FixAB52 replies 5 retweets 48 likes -

wow, I was defending you, thinking you meant well with this misstep but these glib responses to people actually hurt by your bill are just demeaning. I had predicted lawsuits, and I believe this is just the start.

Jesus fucking Christ, I will campaign for a goddamn Republican to take your seat if it has to come down to it just out of pure spite, that's how absurd you are as a communicatively useless economy wrecker. I will take a *Republican* in your seat over you. That's how bad you are.

Absolutely incredible that Lorena thinks publicly attacking the only group willing to help the workers *she* victimized — pro bono! — over politics, no less... somehow makes her case. She only looks like a sociopath, assuming her party will choose loyalty over human well-being.
