This has literally never happened to me in SF and if it did I would assume it was a robbery

(Also: nasty stuff does happen to me on the street more often than for most. IMO, this is partly because I walk vs. take transit whenever feasible & partly because lone women do attract aggression from the worst people. One look at me and you know I'm not going to beat you up.)
