No, my argument is that if a single pill available for cash at any pharmacy is all that stands between a "miscarriage" & 18 years of major financial commitment, I suspect a lot of men & parents will unfortunately be able to justify giving this drug to a woman w/o her consent

Cripes. Seems like a legitimate and scary risk. I wonder how to balance that con if ‘less coercible’ forms (thinking PP etc) of abortion continue to be harder to access?
I mean, I think telemedicine is showing a lot of promise for cheap, scalable access to very early (<10 weeks) medical abortion. Anything much later than that and you really should have more direct medical supervision anyway, attempting at home becomes increasingly risky
