Spencer is a mathematician by training, but now also a top-tier expert on this stuff. I did research w him on related topics ~10 years ago. For this project, he & his team reviewed more than a dozen existing models & tried to create the most comprehensive-yet-usable framework yet

A good addition to the framework can be environmental factors. Things as small as choice architecture or as big as city of residence. I enjoyed James Clears book on habits too. Most people can't change behavior on willpower alone
