Try stuff. Be gentle with yourself and your collaborators, but get serious when you think you might be on to something. Force yourself into failure or success. Find friends who do the same, love fully, and when you struggle ask for help

Shut up, you're not too old, too poor or too busy. Listen to the part of you that knows you can do better by yourself, your little ones or your vision. Mute the shame and advocate for space in your life to be what you want to be in order to show up fully present *everywhere*
