This highlights how misguided it is for a city to ignore dealers & try to make up for it with treatment accessibility. Recovery isn't in the cards for most people who develop a genuine addiction, which is exactly why it makes for a great business for the people selling this shit

Rather than try to enforce prohibition, perhaps we need to institutionalize the meth addicts. Making Meth illegal will not reduce demand or put the dealers out of business. It will simply force the trade into the illicit market, and disputes resolved by bloody violence.
