Looks like a high speed tight turn gone wrong
That's nuts. I think the speed limit for both cross streets is 25 or 30. It's a super residential area with lots of pedestrians with kids, people reversing out of their driveways onto the road, etc.

I have trouble imagining the car landing like that without a high speed turn, a bad angle break (which also requires high speed), or a collision that tipped it over...but nothing else seems damaged in that picture. In conclusion, I'm as lost as you are
