Yea $35b companies are falling from the sky every day looking to come to SF and be treated like crap.
If you're creating conditions too onerous for established unicorns to stay, you're also showing the up-and-comers what they can expect if they come and then manage the incredibly difficult feat of succeeding at that scale. I don't know why anyone thinks these people are suckers
