From HOA's to Random zoning boards, property ownership in America is no longer property ownership. There needs t0 be a blanket supreme court case to restore property owner rights.

Property ownership, isn't. It's borrowing from the community. However, if that community balks at oversight, then really the permission should just be granted. With liability attached, I suppose, for someone trying to pollute or tear down art or trees.
