When the author intermittently breaks from ranting about the Kochs to offer a few words about licensing, the only point he can think to hammer is that licensed workers make more money. Which, yes, can happen when you make it illegal for other people to compete with you for work.
Amazing that, as author implies, the great wages that accompany licensure don't get passed on as costs to the consumer!
