  I think “busy” is just a status thing - some way to say how important you are that’s socially acceptable. I think people who are actually busy (and have less leisure time) tend to say that they’re tired or exhausted.

  Anyone who lies and says they don’t have time to relax: Finds their brain/body function suboptimaly And they do end up relaxing accidentally but in ways they did not wish. Wouldn’t it be nice to organize your time and watch a whole movie than 20 guilt ridden lame YouTube videos?
