For many people I know, (1) productivity is the thing they're least happy with about themselves, & (2) just one solid high-output day can create a "success spiral." So I think I'm going to experiment with offering a 1-day program involving one-on-one and/or group check-ins

I'd guess that this comes out to $20-$500 for most people who'd be interested, with the median & mode being close to $80

FWIW, I think I only have the extrovert energy for this 1-2x per week, and I think ~8 people is the absolute maximum per day if I'm reviewing everyone's plans, thinking deeply enough to ask the right questions during check-ins & getting *actually* invested in each person's day

If this "unsticks" some substantial chunk of participants the way I hope it will, even in the short-term, it's almost certainly worth doing, and especially worth developing without any pressure to make it scalable — I suspect this is how extant programs are hobbling themselves

I hope framing it as a one-off booster shot of self-efficacy will make it something accessible to people who generally feel very disappointed with themselves when they try to bootstrap "good habits" or routines. I think a lot of people are down on themselves for failing at that.

Sounds great; I like this way of framing pay-what-you-want / sliding scale pricing in personal outcome-related terms. Curious to see how this experiment works out!
