I love the restructuring disability. Nice. Fix the diet with science based recommendations. Pay particular attention to the insulin response generated by foods. Eliminate Pharma incentives and reward 'proven' healthy living. Watch COIs in all recommendations.

I don't have anything to add to helping the poor. Good for you. I think the housing is an issue and should be more flexible and definitely attainable. Not sure about zoning, but everyone should have a place to call home (doesn't have to be a mansion, but a safe, secure place).
